The purple, white and yellow bristles on the Bissell Triple Action brush roller push the carpet aside to allow your vacuum to pull up dirt deep in the carpet. When your machine is not picking up the dirt and debris, it is time to replace the brush roller bar.
This genuine Bissell brush roller has deep grooves and fits Upright PowerLifter model 1309 with a serial number on or before 14309101E. If your serial code (or date code) is after 14309101E, you need part number 160-4104.
